Sam fell in love with cooking when she found her first cookbook, The Occasional Vegetarian, at a yard sale when she was 17. Post-pandemic Sam decided to pursue cooking as a career, and she began the journey by cooking for two priests, a dedicated forest steward, and a family of five with parents who wanted to eat a plant-based diet. It’s been a journey and a blessing. Now, it’s time to share.
